At EXTV Motoring, we do everything we can to make customer service as simple as possible. Our goal is to provide you with top-tier products and the best service in eCommerce. If issues with a product arise, our mission is to ensure that the return or exchange process is straightforward, beginning with clear and transparent Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere to these Terms & Conditions may result in the denial of repairs or replacements. Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions, as they are binding for both the customer and EXTV Motoring.
Please note that, due to constant advancements and changes in our industry, EXTV Motoring reserves the right to modify, alter, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking this page periodically for any updates.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have:
• Received a product that is damaged, defective, or faulty.
Please contact our customer service team, and they will assist you with the next steps. While each scenario listed above has its own specific rules and conditions (please see below), there are some general guidelines that apply to all returns and exchanges:
• All returns and exchanges must adhere to our Return Procedure and be accompanied by a valid, signed RMA form.
• Products must be in brand-new condition and in their original packaging.
• Returns related to defects, damage, fitment issues, or other problems will undergo further inspection.
• Any product that has been used, fully or partially installed, is non-returnable.
Exceptions for Non-Returnable Items:
• Items marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page prior to ordering),
• Custom-built orders,
• Custom wheels and grilles.
Defective or Damaged Products
EXTV Motoring strives to ensure your product is a perfect fit and arrives in excellent condition. However, products may occasionally be damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair it. Instead, contact our customer service team for assistance. In such cases, we may request photos or videos to assess the issue and determine the best resolution.
If approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Upon return, we will inspect the item and process an exchange or replacement.
If damage occurred during shipping, we will arrange for the courier to pick up the damaged item. The product must be in its original packaging, and additional requirements apply for freight-shipped products.
Shipping & Delivery
We use FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS Ground/Air for shipping, depending on the product and destination. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.
Please note:
• Oversized items are shipped through truck freight/LTL and must be inspected and signed for upon delivery.
• Shipments to HI, AK, PR, APOs, Guam, and the Virgin Islands will have additional shipping fees.
• International orders will involve extra charges, with the recipient responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
• Any refused shipment will have rerouted and return-to-sender fees charged.
