EXTV Motoring Warranty Claim

We will manage all manufacturer warranty claims for you. For specific warranty details, please refer to the "details" section on each product page. To complete your claim, you may need to provide photos of the defect or issue. Returning warrantied products is straightforward with a prepaid EXTV Motoring warranty inspection.

Warranty Claims in 3 Simple Steps:

2. Ship it back to EXTV Motoring.
3. Get Your Product Repaired or Replaced: The product will be repaired or replaced as soon as we confirm warranty approval.

Damages and Defects

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please inform within 24 hours from receive date so we can arrange for a repair or replacement at no extra cost. Do not install a damaged part.

Important Considerations:

- Keep the Original Packaging: Items must remain in their original packaging for potential courier pickup and inspection (please refrain from assembling, installing, or modifying the product).
